Pricing of online & face to face services
Fees are as per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limit, 2021-22 under Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living, Early Childhood Support (EC) - younger than 9 (recently changed in July 2023 from 7 to 9 years).
These support items provide capacity building supports in early childhood to assist a child (younger than 9) with developmental delay or disability and their family or carers in home, community and early childhood education settings, to work towards increased functional independence and social participation. This kind of support is provided by an Early Childhood Professional (a person who has a bachelor's degree or higher in their relevant area and holds current registration or membership with their relevant registration or professional body).
Jess is an Early Childhood Professional who completed her Bachelor of Early Childhood at The University of Melbourne in 2010. She has continued study & undertaken a variety of training & courses whilst in her wellbeing role with DET. These have been focused on child development & wellbeing, mental first aid, SEL learning & neuropyschology. Jess has her Victorian Teaching Registration, WWCC & is currently employed by The Department of Education.
Initial Parent Consultation $290.98 (1.50h) - collating and reading all prior reports before consult, pre organising goals before meeting.
Initial Consultation where no other reports/support collated first - $193.99 p/h
Initial meeting, collecting of information and data and goal setting. Generally at your home or can be done online.

One hour therapy session - $193.99 - education/play/tutoring
45 minute face to face support and 15 minutes of documentation & follow up of session, preparation for next session.
Can be done in your home, local library, local community centre, or your child’s educational setting. Option for online sessions as well.

Report Writing - $193.99 p/h
Collation of data from educational settings and external specialists/allied health. Preparation of plans for preschool/primary teachers. Formalised documentation collated together from the collaborative team working to support your child.
Travel cost may apply - depending on where the intervention is taking place.
Concise Report $242.48 (1.25h)
Regional therapy session - $271.59 p/h
Once per month face to face therapy session in regional areas - Bass, Gippsland.
Can be done in your home, local library, local community centre, or your child’s educational setting.
Cancellation Fee $193.99 (1.00h) - if within 36 hours of session
Longer reports will be billed at an hourly rate of $193.99 and your clinician/our accounts department will provide you with an estimate prior to commencement. Outreach/Travel fees will be billed in line with NDIS Provider Travel guidelines.
